Detailed Review:
Being a great fan of hotness, I ordered the Extra Spicy level on Peri~ometer (the hotness scale used by the restaurant chain). When the dish was served, I was completely mesmerised with the color of the liver. I have had many liver dishes in my life and they all looked dark. But, this Nando’s appetiser (or as they call it “Appeteaser”) was mind refreshing brown in texture. I was overwhelmed with the amount at this price, considering it’s Nando’s.
First, I took a little portion of the Portuguese Roll (it’s more like everyday hot dog bread) and dipped it into the sauce of the liver. Personally, I am not a big fan of Nando’s sauce. But, this time, it tasted quite different. It was a mixture of sour and spicy flavours. I loved this “dip-soak-eat-repeat” session. After that, it was time to bite that piece of liver. With my first mouthful, an array of sensory neurones on my tongue got triggered. The liver was very mushy inside and it was entirely enjoyable. Most often, liver dishes taste bitter. But, the chef at Nando’s managed to relieve me from that torture and served me a gourmet dish of delight to its last bite.
Since my first time, I have been to Nando’s thrice and ordered this dish every time. Yah! it’s that good. So, liver-lovers of this world, what are you waiting for?
Criticism:
The broth of the dish could be a lot better. The sour taste of the sauce often overshadows the taste of the liver. The Portuguese Roll is below average. Even all-time bread can replace it!

Service: 10/10 (Everyone is so well mannered! Can't complain about the service. I often overtip them!)
